Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Standard processing time: 1-2 business days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day

During peak seasons (holidays, new releases) processing may take 2-3 business days

4. Package Loss and Damage
4.1 Lost Packages

Domestic packages are considered lost after 14 days from shipping date

International packages are considered lost after 30 days from shipping date

Claims for lost packages must be filed within these timeframes
4.2 Damaged Packages

Inspect package upon delivery

Take photos of any damage before opening

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery

Keep all original packaging for claim processing
5. Address Changes

Address changes cannot be made once order has shipped

Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address

If package is returned due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for reshipment costs
6. Multiple Package Orders

Large orders may be split into multiple shipments

Additional tracking numbers will be provided for each package

No extra charge for split shipments

8. Local Pickup
