SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • Standard processing time: 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day

  • During peak seasons (holidays, new releases) processing may take 2-3 business days

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
2.1 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping

2.2 Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Delivery times may be extended by 2-4 business days

3. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once order ships

  • Track your order through our website or carrier's website

  • Contact us if tracking information is not received within 2 business days of order processing

4. Package Loss and Damage
4.1 Lost Packages

  • Domestic packages are considered lost after 14 days from shipping date

  • International packages are considered lost after 30 days from shipping date

  • Claims for lost packages must be filed within these timeframes

4.2 Damaged Packages

  • Inspect package upon delivery

  • Take photos of any damage before opening

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery

  • Keep all original packaging for claim processing

5. Address Changes

  • Address changes cannot be made once order has shipped

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address

  • If package is returned due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for reshipment costs

6. Multiple Package Orders

  • Large orders may be split into multiple shipments

  • Additional tracking numbers will be provided for each package

  • No extra charge for split shipments

7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Pre-Orders

  • Pre-ordered items ship on or around release date

  • Separate shipping charges may apply for split pre-order shipments

  • Expected ship dates will be clearly marked on product page

7.2 Out of Stock Items

  • Backorders will be notified of expected shipping date

  • Option to cancel order if expected wait time is unacceptable

8. Local Pickup

  • Available at [Event Location] during shows only

  • Must present valid ID and order confirmation

  • No shipping charges for local pickup orders

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes

  • Some merchandise may have shipping restrictions due to materials

  • Digital downloads have no shipping charges
